City-Wide FTTH Programme

Civil works delivery via Geodesia Deutschland GmbH · 2025–2026

City-wide FTTH rollout across Krefeld covering trench excavation, paving and asphalt reinstatement, fiber blowing, splicing, OTDR testing and approximately 900 home connections. MCPOWER delivers its contracted civil works scope through Geodesia Deutschland GmbH within the OXG programme.

PDP sections (Pflicht-Dokumentations-Pakete), OTDR test results and as-built documentation are maintained by section throughout delivery. Project access, reference material and any visit are subject to mutual coordination and project-level approval.

FTTH Deployment in Historic Altstadt

Full FTTH deployment through Bönnigheim's historic Altstadt — the first German project since founding. Asphalt road works on public streets combined with precision cobblestone reinstatement in protected heritage zones. Traffic management plans were coordinated directly with the municipality throughout, with handover documentation prepared for the completed scope.

FTTH Expansion — 10 km Hand Excavation

Sole subcontractor · 2023–2024

Fiber optic expansion in rural and suburban zones north of Berlin. One third of the route — 10 km — required hand excavation through environmentally sensitive wooded terrain, executed in coordination with local environmental authorities. Full DIN standards compliance throughout. Municipal certification obtained at completion. A technically demanding project that demonstrated MCPOWER's capacity to adapt methods to site constraints without compromising the acceptance outcome.

FTTH Civil Works — Westconnect Programme, Three Sites

Civil works and surface reinstatement across three NRW urban locations as an approved supplier of Westnetz GmbH — gaining formal entry into the utility network supply chain. Works in Steinheim, Lügde and Dortmund were executed in built-up areas with restricted working space and active local traffic. Each site required direct coordination with the municipality and strict compliance with NRW road authority specifications. Registered in municipal records on completion.
