Founded in January 2022 in Cologne, MCPOWER Europe GmbH has grown into a 25-person engineering organisation delivering end-to-end fiber optic, civil works and grid infrastructure across Germany.

Full FTTH deployment through a historic Altstadt district — combining asphalt road works with precision cobblestone reinstatement. Traffic management coordinated with the municipality throughout. Independent end-to-end execution as sole subcontractor.

Fiber optic expansion in rural and suburban zones north of Berlin. Ten kilometers required hand excavation in environmentally sensitive wooded areas — executed in coordination with local environmental authorities under full DIN compliance.

Civil works and surface reinstatement across three urban NRW locations as a Westnetz-approved supplier. Each site demanded active traffic management and strict NRW road authority compliance in restricted urban working space.
OXG programme via Geodesia Deutschland GmbH · 2025–2026
City-wide FTTH rollout delivered through Geodesia Deutschland GmbH within the OXG programme. PDP sections, OTDR test protocols and as-built documentation are maintained by section throughout delivery.
Project documentation is available under NDA where appropriate. As-built drawings, OTDR protocols, handover records and photo logs are available for completed and signed-off projects.

Over 15 years of project management experience spanning fiber optic infrastructure, telecom and solar energy for Turkcell, Huawei and MEDAŞ. Delivered 65,000 FTTX connections and a 3 MW solar EPC project in Türkiye before establishing the European operation.
Electrical-Electronics Engineer, registered with IK-Bau NRW. Operations Manager for Electrical Technicians under HWK Berlin certification. Ten years of hands-on experience in telecom and electrical infrastructure with Turkcell, Huawei and Aydem. Field-level expertise in MV/LV cable installation, substation works and grid connection — coordinates German electrical certification compliance across all MCPOWER projects.

Twenty years of project management experience at Ericsson, Vodafone and Turkcell — including Customer Project Manager for Ooredoo Qatar and CRA Qatar at Ericsson, and FTTH Project Manager at Vodafone Istanbul.
