Founded in Cologne in January 2022, MCPOWER Europe GmbH is an engineering-driven organisation delivering fiber optic, civil works and grid infrastructure for Germany's leading telecom operators and utility networks. Every project runs under registered engineer accountability — from mobilization to Abnahme.
MCPOWER Europe GmbH was registered in Cologne in January 2022, built on one founding principle: engineering accountability should not be delegated. In most subcontract models, registered engineers sign off at a distance while field delivery is handed down through tiers of subcontractors with no direct liability. MCPOWER was structured from day one to break that pattern.
The company operates from a Cologne headquarters and a Berlin branch office, with engineering registrations covering both NRW and Berlin. All technical responsibility is held internally — civil acceptance, fiber acceptance and electrical acceptance are all signed by MCPOWER's own registered engineers, eliminating the interface risk that comes when those functions are split across packages.
In three years the organisation has grown from founding to a 25-person team, delivered 93 km of FTTH infrastructure across three German federal states and connected approximately 1,500 homes. Completed and signed-off projects are supported by maintained handover documentation.
"Risk-controlled, acceptance-driven project execution. Engineer accountability is not delegated — it is the operating standard from day one."

Controlled, accountable and documented delivery from mobilization onward. Every differentiator below reflects the operating standards applied across our work.
Completed and signed-off projects are supported by maintained handover records, acceptance protocols and project evidence.
Registered civil and electrical engineers retain technical responsibility from mobilization through Abnahme and coordinate the relevant delivery disciplines.
Mobilization → Execution → Monitoring → Documentation → Abnahme. Applied uniformly across every project since 2022. Active subcontractor coordination at each phase.
PMI-aligned tracking across scope, schedule, cost and quality. Internal reviews held weekly; client-facing progress reports issued in agreed cadence.
Owned machinery for civil, reinstatement and fiber works. No dependency on third-party plant. No scheduling risk between crews and equipment. Short-notice mobilization.
Credit Index 284 with 1.74% probability of default — well below the German average. Payment discipline within agreed terms, consistently maintained.
25 professionals across Cologne and Berlin. Engineering registrations covering NRW and Berlin. Capacity scales across concurrent projects without quality loss.
15+ years of telecom infrastructure delivery across Türkiye and Germany, with international operator-side experience — at operator, supplier and contractor levels.
Permit dependencies, scope ambiguities and resource constraints identified and mitigated before they reach the timeline. Structured mitigation, not retrospective fire-fighting.
MCPOWER Europe is led by engineers with telecom infrastructure delivery experience across operator, supplier and contractor environments in Türkiye, Germany and Qatar. That perspective shapes every project decision and documentation process.
Founder and CEO of MCPOWER Global Mühendislik A.Ş. (Istanbul, est. 2021) and MCPOWER Europe GmbH (Cologne, est. 2022). Carries overall technical and regulatory responsibility for all projects as the named registered civil engineer.
Carries registered electrical engineering responsibility across all MCPOWER projects. Coordinates German electrical certification compliance — HWK Berlin — and manages all MV/LV operations and substation works. Operations Manager for the electrical technician team.
Leads programme-level project management across all active MCPOWER deployments. Brings 20 years of operator-side delivery experience, including Customer Project Manager for Ooredoo and CRA Qatar at Ericsson, and FTTH Project Manager and trainer at Vodafone Istanbul.
MCPOWER Europe holds all required certifications and registrations for autonomous operation in the German construction and infrastructure market — no reliance on externally held qualifications.
MCPOWER integrates site safety, environmental coordination and documentation into project delivery. Work methods, reinstatement activities and project records are planned around the applicable approvals, local conditions and client requirements. Registered engineering oversight, BG ETEM membership and maintained as-built, test and handover records support this approach.
MCPOWER Europe GmbH operates as the European construction and telecom arm of MCPOWER Global Mühendislik A.Ş. — a holding group with capabilities spanning engineering, renewable energy, AI decision systems and telecom infrastructure across Germany, Türkiye and the Netherlands.
Construction, fiber optic infrastructure, civil works and grid. Engineer-led delivery for German telecom operators and utility networks.
1 MW solar GES (ground-mounted photovoltaic) and renewable energy operations. Active generation site in Niğde province.
Grid and electrical infrastructure. LV/MV installation, renewable energy grid connection and substation works.
AI decision systems and infrastructure intelligence. Applies machine learning and data analytics to construction and telecom delivery workflows.
